ADA Grievances

The ADA and 504 provide that no otherwise qualified disabled individual shall, solely by reason of such disability, be excluded from the participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination in programs or activities sponsored by the Columbia Regional Airport or the City of Columbia. The Columbia Regional Airport has adopted an internal grievance procedure providing for prompt and equitable resolution of complaints alleging any action prohibited by the ADA or 504.
If you believe you have been discriminated against in violation of the ADA or 504, then please complete the grievance form and submit it to the ADA Coordinator as instructed. If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding the ADA, 504 or accessibility issues, then please contact the ADA Coordinator.
