You can easily make airline reservations by using the airlines website or app. American and United Airlines provide both.
By booking your flight via the airline you’re flying with, you will be able to deal directly with the airline should a ticketing or travel issue arise.
Booking with other agents, some of which are listed below, will require you to work with that agent to resolve any travel related issues.
When using Internet travel sites such as Kayak, Travelocity,opens in a new window Expedia,opens in a new window or Orbitzopens in a new window, be sure to use Columbia Regional (code COU) as your departing and/or returning airport.
When working with a travel agent, be sure to tell them you want to fly from COU!
Always read your contract and understand your rights regarding refunds, cancellations, delays, etc. before you purchase your ticket(s) from any travel site or travel agent.
