Title VI Information

Columbia Regional Airport agrees to comply with all provisions prohibiting discrimination on the basis of race, color and national origin, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. No person shall, on the grounds of race, color or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity of the Columbia Regional Airport. This duty of nondiscrimination applies to all applicants, participants, beneficiaries, employees and other interested persons. It also applies to all tenants, contractors and concessionaires of Columbia Regional Airport.

Title VI Complaint
Columbia Regional Airport has adopted an internal grievance procedure providing for prompt and equitable resolution of complaints alleging any action prohibited by Title VI.
If you believe you have been discriminated against by Columbia Regional Airport in violation of Title VI, then you may file a Title VI Complaint with the Title VI Coordinator.
